Open plan kitchen & dining area. Separate, adjacent lounge. There is a bedroom wing downstairs & two more bedrooms upstairs.
Kitchen - light, white & bright! Well equipped with plenty of plateware, glassware & tableware. Open the french doors on to the garden & dine poolside in summer.
Oval dining table with 8 balloon back chairs. Extra chairs available.
Lounge - spacious room with seriously comfy leather return sofa, a big screen TV & a Bose CD/ipod player. French doors open on to the verandah, with views across the lawn to the tennis court & the countryside beyond.

Based upon - $400 for the first 2 guests, $60pp additional adult, $30pp additional child <12yrs
Midweek (off peak) - from $500 per night for 6 adults.
Based upon - $300 for the first 2 guests, $50pp additional adult, $25pp additional child <12yrs
